Description
African Mahogany (Khaya sp.)
A close cousin to Honduran Mahogany, Khaya (and the closely-related Sapele) are called “true” mahoganies because they share many similarities in color, grain and performance characteritics. (Only Swietenia can be called “Genuine Mahogany”).
