Western Red Cedar
Description
Beautiful, durable and free of pitch and resin, Western Red Cedar is an excellent choice for indoor and outdoor applications. Ideal for doors and windows, millwork and moulding, and high-end exteriors such as gates and garage doors. Heartwood ranges from dark red-brown to pink, sapwood is yellow.

Export Grade
Clear Vertical Grain, this is the highest grade quality available. Pieces are free from growth characteristics that affect appearance or performance.
C & Btr Mixed Grain
A combination of Vertical Grain (straight grain) and Flat Grain which produces cathedrals and a rotary grain appearance.
Knotty (Select Tight Knots)
For a rustic aesthetic, “STK” performs like vertical-grain and offers significant savings.
